Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Aligned is designed so that your journal entries never leave your device. We collect no personal data. There is nothing to leak.

2. What data the app stores

• Your journal entries, mood ratings and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's local database.
• If you enable iCloud sync, your entries sync through your personal Apple iCloud account. This data is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours. We have no access to it.

3. What we do NOT collect

• No account or sign-up
• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or health data

4. Notifications

If you enable the daily reminder, the app schedules notifications locally on your device. Notification preferences never leave your device.

5. Data export & deletion

• You can export all of your entries as a JSON file from Settings at any time.
• Deleting the app removes all data permanently.
